At Politico Mens Wear, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer replacements and size exchanges only. We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.
Customers must request a replacement or size exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
- Different sizes of the same product, subject to availability
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received
The fastest way to receive the correct size is to request an exchange after approval and follow the provided instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order along with photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Innerwear or personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
